On-line Volvo purchase Sales Rep and driver arrived 2 hours later than expected, so I had to reschedule a doctor's appointment for later that day. I was expecting the car to be driven up from Anapolis, MD on a flat bed truck. Instead, it was driven up by one of the detail guys from the dealership - additional miles on the car. He must have eaten in the car because there were crumbs on the passenger seat. The vehicle was cleaned, but not very thoroughly (splatters on back of driver's seat, pollen in all 4 window wells). Rough start, but taking care of the paperwork with the Sales rep was a breeze - less than 30 minutes! Love my Volvo - it rides like a dream. More

They were fairly easy to work with getting an appointment and the time spent waiting for the checkup to be completed. However, like most service centers at a dealership, something is always wrong and needs additional repairs and cost. This visit was no exception. I take care of my vehicles so this was not a problem, the problem is after spending twice than what I was told initially it would cost and waiting an addition 2 hours to complete the repairs I drive home and the engine light comes on again. This is typical when dealing with Annapolis Volvo Service nothing is ever easy or done the first time. While they are pleasant i would rather deal with some grumpiness and get it right the first time. More
