Great Pre-owned Experience I purchased a vehicle from their Pre-owned location a several months ago. Devin Anderson, our Sales Consultant, was a pleasure to work with. Never any pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in, even though it wasn't a Volvo. Taking care of our warranty and financing options was the Business Manager, Greg Thibert. Another, very professional, member of the dealership. Explained everything thoroughly, even though we didn't get to the dealership until 45 minutes before scheduled closing on a Saturday evening and not finishing until 1 hour 45 minutes after they were supposed to go home. They both made sure we were completely satisfied, never rushing us. I recently contacted Devin about information on a service maintenance that was pre-paid on the vehicle I had purchased. He remembered all of the particulars and provided great advice on how to proceed. Will definitely use them again for future vehicle needs. More

Pleasant, thorough, effective My XC90 T8 Plug-in Hybrid had an intermittent "Hybrid System Failure - Service Required" notification message. I did not experience any recognizable m My XC90 T8 Plug-in Hybrid had an intermittent "Hybrid System Failure - Service Required" notification message. I did not experience any recognizable malfunction other than the message, but thought I should take it in anyways. They took the issue seriously even though it took a while to make the message appear again and none of their standard diagnostics revealed a problem. They provided me with a loner as they kept the car and continued to chase the problem. They did not give up, and, after engaging factory engineering support repeatedly, they did eventually isolate the problem and fix it. Although it took a lot of work and time, it was all covered by warranty. I am very happy with my car and service experience. More
