50,000 mile check-up All went as discussed. Was easy to make appointment & told how long it would take. Decided to wait & service was done in that time. Vehicle washed, et All went as discussed. Was easy to make appointment & told how long it would take. Decided to wait & service was done in that time. Vehicle washed, etc. Am disappointed that unlike the Sterling, VA, dealership it’s not possible to drop car in the evening, get a loaner, & pick up the next day. Do appreciate that work is done as needed & not just because it’s on the check-up list. Also that all questions were answered to my satisfaction Before, during, & after the service. More
