The service department was very responsive to an emergent issue that arose shortly after the vehicle's scheduled interval servicing. A non-standard code that could not be remedied using established software issue that arose shortly after the vehicle's scheduled interval servicing. A non-standard code that could not be remedied using established software debugging procedures was determined. The Annapolis Volvo service department contacted the Volvo USA service coordinator. A new software push to the vehicle from the NJ service department eliminated the code. The car was returned within 3 hours of my reporting the issue. Survey needs to add service department employees. I will have to say that Mike Lash went above and beyond to accommodate us and to make the deal not only possible but desirable. Mike is honest and caring by nature. Jackie with finance was very warm, accommodating , and almost surprisingly friendly , while at the same time very intelligent and informed. I believe that Annapolis Volvo is a great dealership. My only issue was with the used car manager, who I will not bother to name. He seemed to be seething is this awful mood that only worked to poison the experience. That cloud was totally unnecessary and unhelpful and left its stain on what was otherwise a superb dealer performance. More
