Great car and great dealership staff I just bought a new Volvo V60 from Annapolis Volvo and could not be happier. I was looking for an upscale small SUV/crossover/hatchback with good carg I just bought a new Volvo V60 from Annapolis Volvo and could not be happier. I was looking for an upscale small SUV/crossover/hatchback with good cargo space and comfortable seating, but I wanted much better gas mileage than I was finding in the Audi and BMW models I looked at. I had previously owned two Volvos, but it was not a brand I associated with great gas mileage. So when I finally decided to look online at Volvos, I was very surprised to find such great gas mileage in the T5 version of the V60, a small wagon that fit all my criteria. I love the safety features, dependability, and classic style of Volvos, so after weeks of indecisive car shopping, it was clear I had found the right car. Two excellent sales associates worked with me - Jack Poteet on my first and decisive visit, and Bobby Johnson on my follow-up visit to write a check and buy the car (Jack not being there because his wife had a baby that morning!). I also had a helpful session with Corey Cross, a product specialist who taught me as many details about operating the car as I could absorb that night and who invited me to come back after a week or two so he could show me everything else. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I can remember. I am very happy with the car, with Jack Poteet, Bobby Johnson, and Corey Cross, and with the Annapolis Volvo dealership. I highly recommend them all. More

Very good experience Thom is an excellent salesperson. I talked to most of the Volvo dealers in the DC area and he was the guy I wanted to do business with at the end of Thom is an excellent salesperson. I talked to most of the Volvo dealers in the DC area and he was the guy I wanted to do business with at the end of the day. It was worth the drive to Annapolis. I got to meet the manager, Steve, and other members of the team (like the outstanding tech guy who explains everything after you buy the car). I wouldn't buy a Volvo without checking with these guys first. They were true to their word every step of the way. More

Absolutely Wonderful Treatment! I came in on my birthday to test drive a car and met with Ola. He was not pushy at all - which I appreciate. I did not make a purchase that day and I was not pressured to make an immediate decision. Throughout the week Ola kept in contact with me to answer my questions. I came back over the weekend, looked at other models, and met with Mike Mayfield as well. I did end up making a purchase, and I feel that I was given a great deal. I also met with Marva in finance who was also wonderful. I am also in sales and I see right through the tactics. Not once did I feel like I was being "sold". I was treated with respect, and was given time to make the best decision for my family. More
