When I finally made the decision to go with the S90, the entire Annapolis Volvo staff was attentive throughout my experience. After I sealed the deal, Lee Tratnyek was patient with me as he explained the technical aspects of my new vehicle. I am still on cloud nine! More

A good experience My wife and I were looking for a good used car for our son, and saw a nice used Hyundai on the lot, but the dealership was closed. I contacted Peter Slette and we sent several emails back and forth, and his responses were always fair and informational. I never once felt he was trying to pressure me into a sale, or try to get me to come to the dealership so he could "close the deal". When we finally did agree on general terms via email, my wife and I visited the dealership for a test drive and final negotiations. Again, there was no pressure from Peter or Ray Garville, who were both working with us. Both Ray and Peter pretty much let my wife and I have as much time inspecting the car as we needed, and didn't "hover". During the test drive, Ray was informational but never "pushy". The whole process was very stress-free, and both Peter and Ray were helpful; they never tried to pressure us, and seemed genuinely friendly. I would recommend them both to friends. More

We all missed the exterior mast antenna that I found was missing later that evening; however, the deal was good and I didn't mind replacing the antenna myself. They also did not try to impose an EXORBITANT dealer prep fee as one dealer in Bel Air attempted to do. Overall I would rate the dealer highly and would recommend them to any one searching for a pre-owned car. More

Pleased that the dealer also posted the Carfax for my review - no cost to me or wasted time driving to a lot only to find out that the vehicle had a poor service history or an accident on file. Dave Davies, the salesman, was polite and personable. He answered the questions I asked and didn't hesitate to say he didn't know about certain equipment - specifically, how to operate the voice option of the navigation system. I greatly appreciated his honesty and the quality of the Honda Pilot that I test drove. In the end, Dave and Ray, in the finance office, stayed an hour late to close the deal and I drove away happy. I highly recommend this dealer to those consumers seeking to do business with an up-front dealership that offers quality used autos with a free carfax. More
