I tried to "save money" on oil changes by going elsewhere-- no, turns out I did not save money, cost the same and less was covered. The service managers *always* take me seriously and listen when I say I think there's a problem. I had an accident in the car and I was so worried there was a residual problem after the body shop finished -- the Manager personally went through the car with me just so I would feel comfortable again. The car has not had any surprises (Volvo quality) and it's well over 100,000 now. I hope it will last 100,000 miles more. The service managers always tell me the estimate for services before I even drive it in. They are clear about what must be done and when -- can I put this off until next month's budget? And when I was going through a difficult time financially, they were very understanding -- I can't thank them enough for their compassion. The Service manager I worked with the most was Luis and I can't say enough good things about him. This team remembers what it is to be human. Thank you. More

He permitted me to drive many different trim's of the same model. He stuck with me beyond closing time until I made my decision. I knew what a fair KBB value for my trade was going in and they offered me top value for my trade with their first offer. No haggling necessary. While I was signing my financing agreement, Mr. Simms moved all of my personal belongings from my old car to me new car saving me the trouble. Everyone was friendly. I didn't feel like I was getting a sales snow job until I got to the financing rep who applied a full court press in an attempt to get me to finance the maximum amount possible and to buy the premium extended warranty package.
