Babrak had been extremely helpful from our first contact via email and many subsequent exchanges via phone and email before we could arrange to visit. He was very accommodating throughout the process with our questions, request for photos, service records, scheduling our test drive, and even borrowing the car overnight to take to our local mechanic (45 miles away), etc. The purchase process went smoothly and efficiently. Babrak was very attentive through the entire experience from our first conversation all the way through the purchase and following up after. This is our third Volvo, but our first purchase from Annapolis Volvo. We saw one we liked online and called to see if it was still available. I spoke to Ryan for a good half hour about the actual vehicle and its features. We went out the following day to see it in person; needless to say we came home with it. Very friendly staff and very easy to work with. Before writing my review I read several of the other reviews for Ryan and the dealership and I must say our experience was pretty spot on to all the others. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Volvo. More
