Always a good experience We purchased a Volvo SUV in Annapolis in 2005 then purchased a S60 last Friday. Our old SUV was in for maintenance and we were planning to shop for a sedan. Even though we had three school-aged grandchildren with us Bobby Johnson managed to assist us to test drive the available sedans smoothly and efficiently. Mr. Johnson made us aware of financial incentives available on the red S60 we felt met our needs perfectly. After a brief and pleasant conversation with Mike Mayfield we decided to purchase the car. We were introduced to Marva Law who sheparded us through the paperwork process, carefully explaining each part of the dozens of pages necessary for purchasing a vehicle. In the middle of all this Marva managed to find all of us some food as the children had not had lunch. Meanwhile Jeff in the maintenance department arranged for a loaner vehicle to use while our old SUV waited for parts to be ordered. This is what it is like to visit Annapolis Volvo. After doing business there for eleven years I still feel like a treasured guest when I am there. Thank you! More

We were seeking a 2013-2015 Volvo and Bobby proved invaluable in assisting us in selecting the final vehicle. It was not an easy journey as we first agreed on a XC60 and then a S60, and in each instance, the vehicles were made ready for purchase and pick-up. And in the case of both vehicles, we changed our minds. While some sales personnel would become frustrated by a customer who is unable to make a decision, Bobby was the ultimate professional, acting in each instance as if the most recent selection was in fact the car we were truly interested in and no other. He calmly and patiently explained the features on the car as if he were doing it for the first time. In short, he made us feel comfortable the entire time we were trying to select a vehicle.
