I love Annapolis Volvo! After visiting multiple Volvo dealerships in the DC area and having not-so-great experiences, I went to the Annapolis dealership based on a recommendation from a friend. I leased an XC60 in 2009 and then came back to them for my next lease in 2013. I needed to get the new car in a hurry because I had some problems with my old car and had a baby coming any day, and Thom and Mark really went out of their way to make the deal happen and to make everything really easy on me. Thom had to make several trips from Annapolis to DC to get the car to me and then to bring it back to Annapolis to have the rear seat entertainment installed. Someone even called me a week after the RSE was installed to check on how it was working. They went far above and beyond what I would expect from a car dealership, and have earned my loyalty for it. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I had been researching Volvo C70s for about a month- all used. Clearly Annapolis Volvo had the best selection of used C70s for 2011- 2012. I arrived at 930, drove and selected a great car, negotiated trade in, had the car run through certification, got the registration, etc. Anyway a few hours later I was home with my new(er) car. It was a painless experience! I was able to negotiate the price and obtained financing before I came into the dealership. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours.
