When I brought my vehicle in for servicing, I was pleased. Michelle, my advisor, kept me updated about the status of my vehicle. She was very helpful in getting my car insurance company to pay for some of the repairs. I appreciate her efforts. Michelle was knowledgeable in what repairs my vehicle required. I’ll definitely bring my vehicle back to Annapolis Volvo for servicing. More

Everything is great with the service, and service department people, as it was knocked out in a single day. Only issue remains is that, unlike other dealerships, the car was not given even a quick w department people, as it was knocked out in a single day. Only issue remains is that, unlike other dealerships, the car was not given even a quick wash or vacuum. It's small, but makes a difference. Lexus does it for our other car every time. More
