This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. I made multiple attempts over several weeks to connect with someone in the service center. I only ever connected to a voicemail and got experiences. I made multiple attempts over several weeks to connect with someone in the service center. I only ever connected to a voicemail and got only one of my many messages returned. The day of service there was zero communication about what the issue was with my car. Hours after I was told it would be done I had to call to get an update as nothing had been communicated. At that point I was told my car would need to be kept over night…something that could have been communicated earlier. There was no concern or care relayed. I then had to scramble to make arrangements to get my child to school as I was without a proper car. One of the issues was not fixed and I am dreading going through this process again. We will never get another Volvo and I suggest steering clear of this dealership. More

The sales team was knowledgable, professional, and enthusiastic about the cars they sell... but at the same time, not pushy at all.
