Took my car 2015 S-60 with about 35000 miles on it to the Service Department because my check in light came on. I also sensed some hesitation. Dropped the car off. I received a call a few days later that no Service Department because my check in light came on. I also sensed some hesitation. Dropped the car off. I received a call a few days later that no problem was found and they reset it. I requested the car be driven and not simply put on the machine because you can feel the hesitation if you drive it. Called me back a few days later, said check in light came back on, however, no problem found and reset it once more. Sevice department did not fix my car. I picked the car up and took it through inspection the next day. The car failed inspection. I called the Department and was told I had to drive the car 500 to 1000 miles. The next day the check engine light is back within 48 hours of picking it up from the Service department. The car was also filled with leaves and dirty, even though the paperwork said it was washed. Why doesn't a certified Volvo service department know how to assess a problem and fix it? This is very disappointing. I paid money and wasted my time. This is the second Volvo I purchased from this dealership. I will never purchase from there again. Poor service. I expect more from Volvo. More

Greg, my salesman was extremely helpful and patient with my numerous questions. He took the time to go over the XC60 Recharge even though I told him I wasn’t going to purchase until after the new year. Wel my numerous questions. Well, 3 visits and many text messages later, I walked out with my new 2022 XC Recharge! Greg’s customer service is second to none and his no pressure sales approach was greatly appreciated. As a retired Marine he even donated his commission to Toys for Tots, a great program that the Marines have supported for years. If you go to Volvo of Annapolis,, please ask for Greg, I’m sure he will give you the same great service. I am very happy with my purchase experience and thrilled with my XC60 Recharge! More
