This dealership could learn a lot from a visit to the Lexus dealership, it’s evident that the purchase has already been completed and there’s no need for special treatment. There apparently was no paper in the printed to even give me an account of the service that was completely OR any written documentation of a anti lock break issue I questioned or the temperature gauge issue I questioned... I was told the diagnostic computers were down as well. Washing the car was squirting it with a hose I guess. When I have the Lexus dealer service other car IS 300 I am glad I purchased that car there and I look to buy another. I really like my Volvo btw but the service department has been a 5 on a scale to 10. Thanks More

So far TERRIBLE customer service! Purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Miguel at the used lot down the road from main dealer. Serious issue with transmission after driving it more than 15 or so minutes which Focus from Miguel at the used lot down the road from main dealer. Serious issue with transmission after driving it more than 15 or so minutes which was not detected with test drive as it was only a 10 minute test drive. We called IMMEDIATELY to let them know. It has been nothing but the run around ever since. Absolutely no definitive answers from anyone including general manager of main store. UNNACCEPTABLE!!!! If and when this issue is taken care of, I will edit this review. But for now, my recommendation would be NOT to deal with them in the first place. More
