My salesman Vito, Brian (business manager) and Corey (resident Volvo geek) were fantastic and had all the answers to my questions. No one needed "ask the manager" or play any of those car-buying games I have experienced in the past. I found my perfect car, got a terrific deal and most of all felt like a truly valued customer (even though I was buying CPO - not new). Corey - thank you for the personal tutorial I received to understand my new car (SO helpful!). Going over the financing details with Brian reminded me of a conversation with a super-friendly dad.
