I took my car into the dealership for 2 recall procedures on March 18. Service at that time was excellent. Unfortunately the key cover fell off on the way home. Very excellent experience from all aspects! Volvo vehicles sell themselves. Most high-end dealerships I've visited have an air of snootiness that you can feel when you enter the building.
