Great experience with Volvo Annapolis! This was my first time going to their location, after getting the Polestar upgrade for my vehicle. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments and I was able time going to their location, after getting the Polestar upgrade for my vehicle. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments and I was able to hang around and wait for the upgrade, which worked out since I live an hour away from them and just happened to drive down to pick up other things from the Parts department. Tom and his team in the Parts dept was great too! I'm new to the Volvo family after having owned mostly Japanese cars. And wow, I'm definitely glad with the switch. Definitely will be my go-to Volvo shop going forward. Highly recommend them! More

I had my car serviced at this location for oil change, rotation, etc. Upon picking up my vehicle,I noticed they did not refill windshield fluid for rear window,which I requested each time whenever they se rotation, etc. Upon picking up my vehicle,I noticed they did not refill windshield fluid for rear window,which I requested each time whenever they service my vehicle , but never done. Whenever, I bring this concern to the Service Department they always claim they forgot to refill windshield fluid for the rear window. Also,I had my tires balanced/rotated;but they forgot to adjust air filtration in my car setting menu after this service;which is always done by the dealership after the above-mentioned service. Im very disappointed with the poor service at this location. More
