Disappointed that there is a long waiting time to book an appointment that includes a loaner. Also left my car for ten days for service and it still wasn't complete when I got back. Had to wait for over an hour while they finished up even thought I told them when I would return. Called three times to alert them when I would pick up the car but went to voice mail each time and never received a call back. My husband was considering purchasing a Volvo based on my previous experience, but now will stick with Lexus due to this change in their service. Excuses of "shorthanded" don't cut it - hire and train more people and get more loaner cars for loyal customers! More
