The service itself was excellent. Getting in touch with this dealership to make the appointment is very difficult. While that is generally fine, I had questions and was forced to drive to the dealership to get them answered. On the day of service, the service tech, Kevin, was very helpful when we dropped the car off. He texted me right away with his contact information, which was very appreciated since I was worried about not being able to reach them by phone when it would be time to pick up the car. More

Kevin was very responsive to our situation. He got us in the same day for the battery and managed to reschedule for that day our 20,000 mile service that had been scheduled for the next week.
