With over 50 years experience in the automotive industry, Frank learned the automotive business from the ground up. He broke into the industry as a sales representative in Baltimore and eventually a Volvo retailer. He is a graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Program. Frank has been associated with Volvo since 1979 and in 1991 purchased Annapolis Volvo. In 1999, Frank moved the Volvo franchise along with the Subaru franchise from its West Street location to a newly constructed home just off Rt. 50 on Busch's Frontage Road. Anticipating the growth of the Certified Pre-Owned Volvo, he created the only exclusive CPO Volvo Showroom in Maryland, after relocating the Subaru franchise to an exclusive location in 2004. In addition to Volvo Cars Annapolis, Frank is the President of Annapolis Subaru, Annapolis Hyundai, Gateway Subaru and Genesis of Annapolis.
