Volvo Cars Annapolis - Service Center

We are on day 3 of our brand new 2020 car seriously malfunctioning and no one there will look at our car or call us. No managers will respond to our calls. Usually you call and set an appointment. Nope malfunctioning and no one there will look at our car or call us. No managers will respond to our calls. Usually you call and set an appointment. Nope. So we asked for a manager, Just keep getting managers are out. We were told by our sales guy to bring it in and drop it. Then got there and service said no we can’t take it today. ??? With again no appointment to bring it back. Sounds like they just sell cars at high end prices with no service to back up the warranties. More

Very Accommodating Came in for tire rotation / balance and oil change. Thought I had it scheduled for 6/20 but was informed it was actually 6/23. Walt was able to accommodate, even thought the date mix up. I left with a great service. Walt also recommended that I get new tires, which are in need. He was able to give me an estimate for which I will call in at a later date to take care of. Awesome service. More

Overcharged for a battery To install a new battery, they charged $395. This battery retails between $125 - $200. They are usually fair in their prices, but not this time.
