When we first met Josh B. , he was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate our time constraints. We scheduled an appointment to bring in our potential trade-in and look at , he was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate our time constraints. We scheduled an appointment to bring in our potential trade-in and look at more Volvo models. When we arrived for the appointment, we found that Josh was busy assisting another customer. Had we known he was busy, we could have rescheduled our appointment for a later time or another day, but Josh did not make any attempts to notify us or reschedule the appointment. Instead, we were passed off to another Sales Representative, Vinny S., who handled most of our sale. Vinny had to duplicate some efforts because he lacked some of the information Josh had. Vinny worked hard to please us, and we appreciated his efforts. He was very personable and polite. Overall, we had a good experience at Volvo Cars Arrowhead and were happy with our purchase. More
