It appeared this was the first car Volvo of Bellevue had ever sold. Despite pre-doing all the paperwork they had sent, it took over 4 hours to complete the transaction; they got the VIN wrong and so the pap ever sold. Despite pre-doing all the paperwork they had sent, it took over 4 hours to complete the transaction; they got the VIN wrong and so the paperwork had to be re-accomplished at our home that night, and we STILL don’t have a copy of what we’re contracted for. We repeatedly sat and waited while the salespeople got up and disappeared, not ever telling us where they were going or why they were leaving, and not communicating when they would be back or what we should do in the meantime. It was a MIRACLE we went through with the sale. More

Sales specialist Chris Liston didn’t give us the agreed price and I discovered it after I already wrote the check. I offered to write another check but he said we'll do the paperwork again and I didn't wan price and I discovered it after I already wrote the check.
