Service dept They did my 30, service called to have 40, done and now they say that was done at 30, so what is the reason you get 30 down at 30 give 40 done at 40 They did my 30, service called to have 40, done and now they say that was done at 30, so what is the reason you get 30 down at 30 give 40 done at 40 not 40 done at 30 now they want to do a 50 at 40 going thru Volvo now guy in the service department is very rude and I even have an extended warranty on my car talk to two different people and they came out with two different stories when I was there for 30 they wouldn't give me wiper blades because they said oh no you can't have them till 40,000 now the story has all changed Would not trust them for nothing anymore after the different stories I've been toldwhy would you do 30,000 40,000 together 30,000 miles what would be the reason going through valve on filing a complaint would not take my car back there hey would not even at 30,000 rotate my tires they want to charge me spent $30,000 and they can't rotate your tires or do a 40,000 mile service More

Trustworthy I'm really speechless. This place is impressively splendid. I needed an immediate service for my car last Saturday but the dealer near my house turn I'm really speechless. This place is impressively splendid. I needed an immediate service for my car last Saturday but the dealer near my house turn me down because I don't have an appointment. But luckily, when I called Bridgewater Volvo service, Carl advised me to bring the car right away although I mentioned that I'm about 1 and 1/2 hour away. And as usual, the problem solved in no time. They're the best of the best! More

I was pleased with my past service experience at Volvo. I brought my car in for a timing belt replacement but serveral other issues were found. Normally I would wait to have additional problems corrected, I brought my car in for a timing belt replacement but serveral other issues were found. Normally I would wait to have additional problems corrected, however, I'm glad I didn't because now my car runs smoothly and much faster. I was also pleased with the shuttle service, worked out well for me. More

I heard a bad sound coming from my front right wheel well. I contacted the Service department as they had helped me with major repairs to my 2004 S60 before and was not disappointed. Carl was great an well. I contacted the Service department as they had helped me with major repairs to my 2004 S60 before and was not disappointed. Carl was great and the Service department did an excellent job fixing my vehicle and recommending future repairs. Given the age and mileage of my car, it is comforting to know Bridgewater Volvo is there to keep me rolling. I hope to keep the car in good shape and hand it down to my son in 3 years when he's ready to drive. More
