I found my sales agent, Sebastian, in my search for a Volvo XC60 after a horrible car accident. I knew I wanted Volvo because it was safe and I wanted to protect my family. We live in the Dulles area but after searching online for the car I wanted I called Sebastian because they had the very best deal of ALL the dealerships (Even when other dealerships claimed there was NO way they could go lower on the price- Volvo of Fredricksburg beat it) I shopped around at. Sebastian did all the paperwork ahead of time so we could just show up and take the car. There was no run around, no price changes, he was very patient explaining every detail of the car and even after we left, he called to check on me to see if I had any questions. He didn't just walk away after the sale. He has always taken my calls and has been very patient and understanding with all of my questions. Their amazing business practice really came through when when we realized I needed to get a navigation update on my vehicle I found out they they would need my car for a day or two. I live nearly 2 hours away with traffic. I I'm a cancer survivor and I drive to Hopkins almost 3 days a week. I have doctors appointments daily between cancer survival and recovering from my car accident, and my husband travels and I'm home with a 3 year old and i've been very sick lately. Then enters Josh from their service department who is just amazing. Josh calls me and was very understanding to my situation and said "We will come get your vehicle and we will bring it back to you when we finish>" Who does that for a customer these days?? I am so grateful. Driving was the last stress I needed to add to my health when I have been so sick at at Hopkins so much.
