After Scottsdale Volvo closed I had to determine which location I would have to get service at. I found the staff at another dealer repulsive with horrible, arrogant, and unfriendly staff. We liked the new dealership much better than the Powell dealership. The waiting area is roomier and more comfortable. The new dealership is closer to our home, so better for us.
