Gilbert service dept was fine. My complaint is with Volvo corporate. My second XC60 lease vehicle. Both had engine related service issues within the first 6 months. Secondly, the dealership did not have the needed parts on hand requiring me to return for follow up visits both times. The needed parts described for my current issue did not sound like a rare part issue. Volvo needs to supply their dealerships better. More

The repair work seems to be good. I had an issue with charging and now it's back to normal. Service advisor John kept us informed and was great to work with. We were told we wouldn't have a rental available for us at drop-off but they ended up having one for us and it was a very pleasant surprise. I had a couple of issues with thoroughness: 1. We didn't notice all of the panels from under the frunk were still removed and in the back of the car. We had to go back the next day to have them put back on. 2. After our panels were replaced, we left and were then told a mechanic left a tool in the car. They offered to pick it up but since we were in the area still we returned it to the dealership. 3. A couple days later I noticed an open panel on the floor of the backseat that I put back on myself. These were all relatively minor things for the work that was done but it had us worried about quality of work. Our daughter enjoyed the amenities, especially the goldfish dispenser. More
