Service was fine. We should have been told at the beginning of January that the price on the car was very set. I didn't feel like there was a lot of wiggle room for price. Even though I bought a used car - I spent a lot of money in your facility. The least you could have done was fill up the tank with gas. You wouldn't be losing money. It's the little things that bring people back to your dealership. Filling up the first tank - a little thing. You do need to think total customer service when somebody spends money in your facility. More
