Excellent service and very polite service personal. Felt that the dealership was really concerned about my Volvo condition, what was needed to be repaired and what was not needed to be done ( transmission o that the dealership was really concerned about my Volvo condition, what was needed to be repaired and what was not needed to be done ( transmission oil change which I thought was required but not needed at this time ). Traveled from Surprise to get my Volvo serviced and glad I did as the other Volvo dealer on Bell Road had not talked to me the day before, after I was there for 15 minutes. Thanks to Service Department, I'll be bringing my Volvo back to get service done when required and take care of some recommemded repairs he suggested but not credical at this time. Pep Boys replaced my battery and claimed that I had a bad alternator. Brought it back to dealership to verify. Found that there was nothing wrong with the alternater. Because of an unexpected engine noise I arrived without an appointment, and with one listen Brian knew what the problem was. His expertise is the major reason I bring my Volvo to this dealership. Jud was the first SA I met when I moved here five years ago. He's still the best. One other advisor (no longer with the store) used to "boost" me into expensive service, which took more time, money and see ago. He's still the best. I came close to ending my relationship with Powell Volvo over this. Every dealership has cars and parts; so do non-branded outlets. The only thing that makes a difference is service. My experience yesterday was a refreshing change for the better. This time I received good service, on time, at a reasonable price. That's all I ever ask for. More

I needed some service work and also some warranty work performed on my C70 and Volvo of Tempe was the closest location. When I took my car in, they treated me like I was an old customer even though I did performed on my C70 and Volvo of Tempe was the closest location. When I took my car in, they treated me like I was an old customer even though I did not purchase my car from them. They were very professional and friendly and got my car done as soon as possible. They even cleaned it after they were done and Todd even arranged for a loaner car since they were going to have mine most of the afternoon.
