Very pleased with service. Speed of service and helpfulness of Service Agent was excellent. Even helped get a rental car for the day delivered to the dealership. We had a problem with our V70 pulling hard to the right, so much so that it became a safety issue. It was easy to get an appointment suitable to our hectic schedule. He spoke in terms that I could understand, which I really appreciate, and his manner is soft-spoken, yet friendly. The 4-wheel alignment was made and at a price I can live with. The drive home was perfect. There is another issue for the alignment that I will take care of at later date, due to cost. We know Brian from a previous dealership, so I trust his judgment. The variety of waiting areas is a plus, when you want a quiet place to relax. Everyone was very welcoming. This is not my first visit to the 'new' dealership, and as with the other times, you have created a customer for life. More
