Volvo Cars Gilbert - Service Center

Incredibly unsatisfied with the service. Took it in for a oil change and tire balance. Got the car back and the balance was worse then when I took it in. Took it back in, and they looked at the car and tires again but told me it was the foam separating from the inside of the tire and there was nothing they could do. Took it to Discount Tire for a second opinion and they found that all 4 tires were separating. Disappointed that Volvo couldn't diagnose this and let me know, and instead made up a story about foam being in a set of Uniroyal tires (which never could have had acoustic foam/felt in them) when it could have affected the safety of the vehicle. More

I have been without a car for 6 months due to a small accident that needed body work a day then damage down to the wiring harness in the door repair. I had the car towed and within a little over a week it was diagnosed and repaired. I am very happy 😊. More
