I bought my vehicle at a different dealership which was not a Volvo dealership however I made up my mind to have the maintenance of my vehicle completed by the nearest Volvo dealership which was Volvo Cars not a Volvo dealership however I made up my mind to have the maintenance of my vehicle completed by the nearest Volvo dealership which was Volvo Cars Gilbert. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made besides purchasing a Volvo and Mike Uchida is my go to person in the service department. I love the video assessment with the mechanic, appreciate the full transparency when it comes to cost, admire everyone's commitment to the brand by representing the Volvo name with exceptional service including Uber transportation for pick up and drop-off's, washing the vehicle after it has been serviced, comfortable accommodations if you are waiting for work to be completed or your Uber driver including a variety of beverages and snacks while you inspect the vehicles on the lot for your next purchase. I may pay a little more but to me the peace of mind I walk away with is priceless knowing I am receiving quality work from a Volvo mechanic. Plus having all my maintenance records at one location with the dealership ensures when the time comes for an upgrade I can receive a fair offer for a trade in. More
