My experience began with an internet inquiry. Bob Makowka was very responsive, straightforward and patient. Over the course of a couple weeks and dealer visits, I was able to gradually learn about the car, o was very responsive, straightforward and patient. When the time came to buy, a few choices were identified quickly and I beleive the pricing was very fair. The transaction itself was as simple as it could be and I didnt experience any surprises. This Dealer is greedy and rip the customers. Their parts/Labor price are very high ( $150 more) than other dealer.This dealer doesn't have Good mechanics. They robbed me for 7 years for parts and serv parts/Labor price are very high ( $150 more) than other dealer.This dealer doesn't have Good mechanics. I have purchased five (5) more Volvos from Volvo of Lisle and have all of my service done by them. The dealership is exceptional . . . product, service, and personnel that are second to none. Volvos are not inexpensive to maintain correctly, but are worth every penny in reliability, safety and comfort . . . less expensive in the long run. Randy Hahn, Service Director, really cares about each customer and his Master Service Techs like Steve Cochran and Miro Buba keep my cars running like Swiss watches. I continue to do business here because of the exceptional service. More

My wife and I visited this dealership earlier in the week and returned for a follow-up visit. On our return visit we asked for Bob, who greeted us by extending a warm welcome and by initiating the conversation by asking my wife if she had come to any conclusions on what kind of vehicle she was considering. My wife appreciated this direct questioning, as we were looking to purchase a vehicle for her. My wife shared her opinions on what she was looking for in a vehicle. Bob proceeded to show her the vehilcle she initially was interested in earlier in the week. However, after going through it and getting a better feel for it, she decided she wanted to look at a few other kinds of vehicles. Bob showed my wife three other vehicles, answering questions about each of them. The whole time specifically engaging my wife in conversation, sinced this was going to be her vehicle. My wife finally found the vehicle she wanted, but it was being held for a dealer in Missouri. Bob requested some time to investigate the matter, to find out if this vehicle could be sold to my wife. A very short time later, Bob informed us it could be purchased and the transaction was completed. This experience was one of the most enjoyable car purchases my wife and I have experienced. This is a "big" statement, because I have purchased and/or leased over forty vehicles in my lifetime. I feel we were treated professionally, fairly, and in a pleasant manner without any feelings of pressure or trying to be talking into a deal. This was our first time purchsing a vehicle from this dealership and we are looking forward to a continued positive relationship in the future. More
A wheel bearing was making noise. I brought my car in and the issue was diagnosed very quickly by Dan's freindly service tech (I do not remember his name). They had time to do the repairs as I waited. Thin the issue was diagnosed very quickly by Dan's freindly service tech (I do not remember his name). They had time to do the repairs as I waited. Thinking this would take several hours, I was surprised to hear that the work would be completed within an hour. I enjoyed the waiting room chairs and a cup of coffee, while I answered e-mails utilizing the free wi-fi. All amenities in excellent shape for an active customer, such as myself. More
