Very unpleasant experience. I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message, I got home after dropping off car received a voicemail to call back because supplies were not available. Returned call about 1 pm and left message, no call back. Called back about 2:30 again no reply, finally reached service tech about 4:30 and was told again no supplies would be available for several days. I said I would pick up car the next morning, I arrived at 11am to be told, “oh I should have called you. Car has the doors off, won’t be ready till 3:30 pm. Then 10 min later car was going to be T ready in an hour. And it was. Very disappointed in the service. I will return to have recalls fixed, but that is it! More

Hit pot hole & had car towed in. Volvo of Lisle looked at the damage tire & let me know side wall could not be patched. Put on new tire in a reasonable amount of time. Dealership good work is good but communication from service rep was poor had to call the dealership twice for updates. Was told they would vacuum the car but nothing was done.
