David Windholz did a fantastic job detailing the product. Bought a 2021 XC 60 T5. Never thought I would own one but we were looking for a mid size SUV to ad to our collection for a commuter. The test drive was great and David took the time to show us every function in real time as well took the time to explain our options and model choices. We were sold within 15 minutes of looking at the car. The finance and lease options were discussed and we were basically done in about 2 hours. Ken in finance was excellent and did a great job of discussing options for additional coverage without any pressure. the whole experience has been one of the best for me in many years of purchasing vehicles. Overall I must say the team is seamless and very professional so much so that I tried to get my wife to trade her car in for a new XC90...Thank you Volvo Mall of Georgia for a very comfortable experience . My experience at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia was beyond smooth and very pleasant. I purchased a Volvo S90 from them and I have had nothing but the best customer experience. I have always dreaded car shoppi smooth and very pleasant. I purchased a Volvo S90 from them and I have had nothing but the best customer experience. I have always dreaded car shopping but after buying with Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia, my eyes have been opened to a new experience of car buying. Not only did they stay late with me but they never put pressure on me and I never felt like I had to make a quick decision. Richard Ramey was so kind and considerate, I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. Greg Trask was also terrific. The two of them made my car buying experience a home run. Not to mention that after I had already signed the contract and the financial paperwork, I received a letter in the mail stating that they were able to get me a FULL POINT off of my interest rate, giving me a 30% savings on interest alone. Something that they gained nothing from, so that was super impressive to me. There is a reason why this dealership is #3 in the entire country. These guys at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia are miles above the rest! Thank you so much, Richard and Greg! I hope to be a life long customer! More
