Overall my experience exceeded my expectations. Richard was absolutely excellent in his service to me throughout this experience. He responded to my calls, anticipated my concerns, and really made Richard was absolutely excellent in his service to me throughout this experience. It's something to be said of that first impression; he knocked it out the park for me which is why I rated him higher than others. Noah was very customer driven even to the extent that he retrieved my expired insurance card from the floor in the men's room where I left it on a previous visit. He really did not have to do that. Ken and Rex I had minimal contact with each or not as much as Richard or Noah; however, both were pleasant and helpful. There was only one of the sales staff members who was noticeably distant and non engaging. He stared but never engaged me. However, the others were so welcoming that it offset my thoughts of the distant sales person. More
