Efficient and no fuss Richard Nourie (sales) helped us attain two previously owned Volvos, and we felt like he respected our time and need to consider options. Very accommodating with letting us take one car home to get the other trade-in before we actually bought the new one. And he spent a big bunch of his time helping us understand the features of the car in a patient and understanding way. Ken Wang was very efficient and helped us to understand what all we were signing, putting us at ease and getting us out with two cars in the same time as it would take one. Marcus Wise (service) went out of his way to keep us in the loop on what was happening with one of the cars that needed an update to the fuel pipe (something Volvo knows about and probably should be a recall). Again, service had no problem giving us a loaner and were diligent in getting us our new (to us) car back in our hands. It's been a pleasure all around--and this is coming from someone who really doesn't like cars and all that they entail. More

Great service I had to bring my car back for some work and they were great. They had it for a week, during which time I had a loaner car. Didn't love the loaner (it I had to bring my car back for some work and they were great. They had it for a week, during which time I had a loaner car. Didn't love the loaner (it was a XC90, so it was much bigger than I want to drive) but it was great to have a car to drive while they were doing the work that needed to be done. Michael followed up with me a few times to let me know where they were at and accommodated my schedule in picking it up. Always pleasant to work with. Absolutely amazing — this is how I describe Volvo Mall of Georgia. Specifically, Noah. Going in to the dealership, I had no idea how things were going to go. For the past few days, I had been looking at Rang Georgia. Specifically, Noah. Going in to the dealership, I had no idea how things were going to go. Noah went out of his way to make my experience as easy and as fun as possible, and I could not ask for a better experience.
