This is my third XC-90 (also own a C70 that we bought at Jim Ellis Volvo in Marietta). Like all Jim Ellis operations I've been to, this one is spotlessly clean and well run. Salesperson Lola was very pleasant and professional... added bonus was that she knows the Volvo product line very well and was able to answer all my technical questions (and I had a LOT of them). One other thing I would like to mention is the thorough information file available online for all the cars in their inventory. I was able to read the original window sticker, CarFax, CPO inspection work order, and view extensive photos of the car before we drove to the dealership. As a buyer, this is a real time saver and I appreciate the effort it takes to make that information available online in an organized downloadable packet in PDF format. My wife knew she wanted an XC90, and I cannot imagine that changing anytime soon. Both were tactful and the best sales/finance combo I have ever worked with anywhere. Do not hesitate to line up this duo for your Volvo purchase - seriously, ask for them specifically by name. Both understood the needs and constraints and did everything to make our deal happen.
