Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly staff We went in for a test drive, Zach Miller-Hogg showed us several different XC90's that were in our price range. It was helpful to know what made the prices different for each vehicles as well so we could decide which were the most important for us. The staff was friendly and did not feel pressured to buy a car the first day we came. It took 2 weeks before we were able to get our financing together and after all was done we came back and bought the XC90 that we wanted. Jim Ellis of Mall of Georgia's prices were below everywhere else and the Volvo certified 170 point inspection was a must for us. After purchasing the vehicle Zach spent a long time in the car to show us all the features and how to optimize the New ride! He went above and beyond on customer service by coming in the next day (on his day off) to finish the All State treatment package we purchased and did not have time when we bought it! We appreciated the pleasant experience purchasing a car. More
