Zach was very helpful and didn't apply any pressure in making a decision -- I didn't feel rushed at all. I actually ended up with interest in a 3rd vehicle in their inventory. Zach showed me the vehicle and worked with their service department to prep it for a test drive (it had just come in). I ultimately ended up leasing that vehicle for a fair price. Overall the process took a few hours. Zach was hospitable and professional throughout the process, and I'd certainly work with him again on my next purchase or lease. More
