Overseas Delivery dealership I found VCMoG through a Google search and Justin Jacoby called me back quickly. Being from out of state and wanting to participate in Volvo's Oversea I found VCMoG through a Google search and Justin Jacoby called me back quickly. Being from out of state and wanting to participate in Volvo's Overseas Delivery Program, I had many questions about the program and the dealership. I flooded Justin with questions, many questions. I had questions about the OSD program, the dealership, the car, the financing, etc. You name it and I asked about it. I knew there was no way possible that Justin would know all the answers. Justin gave me honest answers about what he knew and then researched the other topics, mostly about the OSD program. I ended up speaking to Rex and Tim several times before I was willing to make the drive to Georgia and discuss the car. Justin was excellent on the test drive. Never trying to BS me on questions he didn't know. He would always tell me I would ask someone and get back to me. I very much appreciate honesty. My biggest fear with the OSD program was dealing with my trade in car. My concern was that the dealership would low-ball me after putting the deposit down on the car and then I would be stuck. Over and over, Justin told me that I could trust the dealership. I was cautious, as I had never worked with VCMoG. Two months after we put down our OSD deposit, we finally had a VIN and we were ready to trade in our car. Yesterday we traveled to Georgia and met Denton, the sales manager. He took the keys of my trade-in, and within 10 minutes, had an offer on my trade. This was the part I was most worried about. The offer was great. No questions, and no back and forth. Done! Now, we had to work on financing. This is when we met Ken. We looked at several financing options, which would give us the best interest rate and terms for our financing. After a few minutes, we were ready to sign the papers. I can’t say enough about this dealership. Very comfortable and everyone we interacted with were completely professional and courteous. I drove past several Volvo dealerships to work with VCMoG, including the Volvo dealership in my hometown. I don’t regret my decision. I highly recommend Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. More
