Throughout the time I interacted with Justin Barnes at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Justin was extremely patient, answered all my questions, never pressured me to make a decision and help guide me even after the sale. Justin was very responsive with texts, emails and phone calls. I am in sales as well and I will turn the other way when I feel I am getting pressured or the typical sales questions. I never felt that with Justin or the team at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. I had a choice which Volvo location to purchase from. I did not select the location most convenient to me but rather the one I felt most comfortable with. I did go out of my way for this location but I am most confident and comfortable with my decision.
