Ashley was great! This was my second time working with her. The best. She did her part and I appreciate her! I (my husband) did have to drive back up to the dealersh This was my second time working with her. The best. She did her part and I appreciate her! I (my husband) did have to drive back up to the dealership (which is 40 miles away) and have the navigation maps loaded. It took almost 5 hours! I wish the certified Volvo had everything before I took it home. It was listed that it did. The service department was very helpful, but it was still a day that I (my husband) missed from work. Also, the phone and memory wasn’t wiped from the car, so I had others’ phone numbers and memory. That is fixed now. More
