We purchased a vehicle from out of state. The transaction was very smooth, they worked with us on vehicle info, warranty, financing, and even delivery. After the sale they asked me to leave a review, which I am glad to do I waited a few months to do it... Unfortunately once the sale was completed the service ended. We contacted them about a few small issues (sticky window switch, parts of interior that weren't clean, and a few small missing components) and they said they would get us the missing parts. It's been months now and my emails aren't returned anymore. Shame. We love the car and the service during the sale was fantastic. After the sale service leaves a bit to be desired, not surprising though. More

Anita is responsive and sticks with you through your car buying process. I’m not the typical car buyer. I have zero interest in coming to the lot or test driving and Anita just matched my preferences for e buying process. I’m not the typical car buyer. If either or the Audi dealerships that I’ve bought / serviced my last 2 cars at could have been half as professional as Anita, I would have made a mistake and bought another Audi. Also, the finance individual that I worked with was very helpful and easy to work with. Apologies for failing to remember his name. The dealership is and comfortable to be at during the process, but I must complain that the process to complete paperwork and take your car home is intolerable to me. This would be my only criticism of the dealership. The car is great. I do find it frustrating that the “ultimate” comes with cheap floor mats. The dealership took care of this, but it just seems like they should include these type items in the pricing structure and not nickel / dime the buyer on these type items. More
