He is polite, kind, and showed me that good people still exist in our world. Justin went to bat for me and made my deal even better than I expected. He went out of his way to get to know me, and shared some of his own life experiences that showed me where he has come from and his passion in life. I was respected and treated very well. My entire experience was focused and timely. He knows what he is doing. Justin knows his Volvo’s and can explain things really well before you leave that parking lot. Russ was very exceptional from the initial request, to the test drive, to the delivery of the car!
