I just visited Mobile about a XC60 Momentum they had sent me information about 2 days ago & they had no Momentums at all. I have used their Service Dept for 10 years & can’t say enough good things about them me information about 2 days ago & they had no Momentums at all. We dealt with AJ DeFrancesco and we found him to be the most knowledgeable car salesman we've ever encountered. We've met dozens of sales reps over the decades because we buy or lease a car every couple of years, but none knew the models as well as AJ. My wife had many questions and AJ never had to resort to "let me get back to you" because he always had the correct answer and was a whiz operating the car's touch screen console. The buying experience was pleasant and smooth. The price negotiation was quick and efficient and we were on our way home with a new car in a short time. We actually had not intended to purchase on that day and we hadn't brought along the title to our trade-in, but without pause the Volvo finance department handled our misstep flawlessly. If Mike can work the issue within his service means and different warranty coverages, he will go out of his way to take care of you and your vehicle. A lot of time, the backend (services) of a automobile dealer is the Achilles heel of a its business, in this case, it is the strength of the dealership.
