My issue has not been repaired. I was told they know there is a problem but cannot fix it. No one can provide a date or what the next step is if that doesn’t not fix it. Instead they mentioned about me tasing in my 2020 Passat with 34k miles on it. Which says a lot about your company if the suggestion is to trade in which is saying you are not capable of repairing your on vehicle. More

Made my appointment at 9 am 2 weeks in advance.
