The service, kindness, and professionalism of the North Miami Volvo staff were delightful, and in my experience dealing with Kai was one of the best experiences purchasing a car in all my years in Miami; negotiation was fair, and their staff was on the same page on the needs of the customer, there were no moments of anger nor unfairness, we walked in as 10 am.
