Beyond our expectations. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to the dealership, sneaking around checking car doors to see if any were left unlocked. Eureka! an XC90 was open. We sat inside and fell in love with the detail of the interior. The next week we called the dealership and spoke to Aslan. He scheduled an appointment to meet with us to talk about a new car. Aslan pays close attention to his customers and detects the fact that my husband is a nomad from another life and introduced us to Volvo's Factory Delivery option to pick our new car up in Gothenburg, Sweden. Suddently, we were choosing interior options and package deals and giddy about a holiday in Sweden. The other dealers didn't stand a chance. We never felt pressure from Aslan, he was always respectful. We knew about the safety rating of Volvo cars but when we toured the factory, we decided we might become an exclusive Volvo driving family. Our experience from our first meeting with Aslan, choosing our 2018 features, arrangements and arrival in Gothenburg, Sweden and delivery to Volvo OKC was delightful. Aslan even put us in touch with a tag agency who was familiar with overseas delivery paperwork. Start to finish; beyond our expectations. More
