I purchased a 2017 V60 Volvo from Ian and found the experience positive from start to finish. Ian’s follow-up since the purchase has also been great. I’ve stopped by their service department twice, mostly for information, and dealt with Joshua both times. I’ve owned cars and dealt with dealer service departments for over 50 years. I’ve always found Volvo dealers to be the best but Josh has exceeded this high standard. I would highly recommend Volvo Plymouth to anyone and suggest you ask for Ian and Josh while you’re there. Little did I know a burnt orange Jeep would catch my eye (Hook'em Horns)! I was interested and with no pressure I took it out for a test drive, drove it to my friends auto shop for a thorough inspection and gave the findings to Kevin where they were simply worked out. Ken then help to get the Jeep ready along with Eric (awesome detailer) and the shop sup Gary! Class act by all. Mark Leone was the easiest of all, closed my deal in minutes. Every thing was prepped and ready for my signature! Absolute pleasant experience! Oh and Bryan did an awesome job dealing with my wife's A7! More
