Well, what an unexpected surprise happened when we walked into the Plymouth Volvo Dealership. First of all, the ambience was the most beautiful showroom I had ever been in for a Car Dealership. Right away, this room had a calming effect and made the experience very pleasurable! We were greeted by Logan at times... and Lysandra who were delightful to work with. We hit the jackpot when Logan gave us Wes to work with. In all my years with dealing with car salesmen = he was the BEST!!! From the moment i talked with Wes about the type of vehicle i was looking for he worked to find it for me, and trust me i struggled the most over the color- Wes even lined up the SUVs (XC60) so i could compare the colors and come to a decision. Once i bought the vehicle Wes sat in the vehicle with me going over the various features so that i was prepared to drive off the lot safely and he even encouraged me to come back to him with more questions if had them. The depth of his Volvo knowledge was very evident to me. I wish this dealership great success - Chris Laham is a good fit as manager - he was very pleasant and customer focused when i met Chris. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Plymouth Volvo - will definitely recommend them to all - and recommend they seek out Wes Pearson in particular. More
